Uninstalling the Nodinite Database Monitoring Agent
The Mule ESB Logging Agent can be uninstalled running either the installer directly or by using 'Add or Remove Programs' in Windows.
Important
You must un-configure logging from your Mule ESB flows before removing, review the Log4J or the Mule ESB - Custom Connector user guide first.
Uninstall guide
Follow the steps next to uninstall the Mule ESB Logging Agent.
Step 1: Add or Remove Programs
Use the Windows built-in feature to have installed programs removed.

From the list of installed programs select the Mule ESB Logging Agent.

Step 2: Start the installer
Optionally you can double click on the MSI file to start the [un]-installation of the Nodinite Mule ESB Logging Agent.
Step 3: Welcome Screen
On successful execution of the MSI file or starting from 'Add or remove programs' a Welcome screen is presented.
Here's an example of the 'Welcome' screen
Click the 'Next' button to continue with the process or the 'Cancel' button to quit the installer.
Step 4: Change, Repair or Remove the installation
In the 'Change, repair or remove installation' dialogue click the 'Remove' button to uninstall the agent and proceed to the next step.
Step 5: Remove Program
Click the 'Remove' button to remove the agent and proceed to the next step.
Files in use
Make sure the 'Close the applications and attempt to restart them' option is selected and Click on 'Ok'.
Depending on current load and threads in use, the operation may take anywhere from 0-30 seconds to complete

Step 6: Completed setup
The last step of the un-installation gives either a success or a premature exit.

Click the Finish button to Exit and quit the installer.
