Details action for Host Instance
Find out with ease if and how your Host Instances are being used
From Monitor Views where you are granted access and where BizTalk Host Instances are included and Remote Actions are allowed You can use the Nodinite Web Client to view Details for the selected BizTalk host instance.
Detailed information about the selected Host Instance is displayed with the following tabs:
- Host/Host Instance
- Host Instance(s) from all nodes in the BizTalk group, Cluster Aware
- Applications
- Receive Locations
- Send Ports
- Orchestrations
- Adapters
Details
To view the details for the selected BizTalk Server Host Instance, press the Action button and select the Details item:

Host/Host Instances
Information about host and configured Host Instance is displayed in the 'Host/Host instances' tab. Host instances from all nodes are presented, also this is information is cluster aware.

Applications
Information about which BizTalk Applications where this host is being used is displayed in the 'Applications' tab.

Receive Locations
Information about which Receive Locations where this host is being used is displayed in the 'Receive Locations' tab.

Send Ports
Information about which Send Ports where this host is being used is displayed in the 'Send Ports' tab.

Note
Dynamic send ports are NOT listed!
Orchestrations
Information about which Orchestrations where this host is being used is displayed in the 'Orchestrations' tab.

Adapters
Two tables are listed, one for Receive Handlers, and one for Send Handlers. For example, if you have a Send Host named sendHost32, there should be no receive handlers associated with this host. These tables will help you configure your BizTalk environment to reflect actual intent.
Tip
One of these figures should almost always be a zero (meaning for example send hosts are only being used on send ports)
