Nodinite Support Portal

Use the new Nodinite Support Portal for support and help requests. The new portal centralizes customer support, replaces the email-based support process, and gives you one place for case management.

Portal and Support are part of the same web application, and both are authenticated through login.nodinite.com with Azure Entra ID.

  • ✅ Submit and manage support requests in one portal
  • ✅ Re-register with your existing company email address
  • ✅ Keep old tickets in the legacy support portal while new cases use the new experience
  • ✅ Preserve the same underlying database with no lost information

What Changed

The Nodinite Support experience now uses the new portal for new cases, while the old support portal remains available for existing tickets. Tickets do not sync between the two systems, and the new portal does not yet show the full history from the old one.

  • New support requests belong in the new portal.
  • Existing tickets stay in the legacy support portal.
  • You must work in one portal per case.
  • Re-register with the same company email address you previously used.

Important

Use the new Nodinite Support Portal for all new support requests and case management.

Register for the New Support Experience

The database is the same, so no customer information was lost, but all users must re-register before they can submit new cases.

  1. Open the Nodinite Support Portal.
  2. Sign in through login.nodinite.com (shared authentication for both Portal and Support).
  3. Register with the same company email address you previously used with the old support system.
  4. Complete the account setup and verify your identity as prompted.
  5. Submit your help request in the new portal once your account is active.

New Way of Working

Support now centers on the portal instead of email communication. This creates a single, structured workflow for help requests and reduces confusion about which system to use.

The key message is simple:

  • The new support portal is the official path for new requests.
  • Email is no longer the preferred support route.
  • Old tickets remain in the legacy system until they are resolved there.
